How long until social media delivers results?+
First organic reach effects after 4-8 weeks, clear engagement growth after 3 months, predictable leads from the funnel after 6 months. Paid social can deliver leads from week 1 – but is more expensive long-term without brand build-up.
Which platforms make sense for my SMB?+
B2C consumer: Instagram + TikTok. B2B decision-maker reach: LinkedIn + Instagram. Local trades or services: Instagram + YouTube Shorts. We never recommend more than three platforms at once – quality suffers.
What does a social media agency cost?+
Realistically, SMBs start at €2,500-6,000 per month for content + community + reporting. With paid social and influencer budget, that grows to €8,000-15,000. We don't do flat pricing – you get an offer that fits your goals.
Do you do only strategy, or full execution?+
Both. Some clients book just the audit + strategy workshop (1-2 days) and execute in-house. Most work with us continuously on content and distribution. Hybrid (we do strategy + paid, you do content) also works.
How much effort do I have as founder?+
Onboarding: 4-6 hours for strategy and brand workshop. After that: 30 minutes per week for approvals and 1 hour per month for strategy review. If founder content (personal brand) is part of the plan: additional 1-2 hours of shooting per month.
Fixed contracts or cancel monthly?+
Standard is 3 months minimum – below that we don't see fair results. After that monthly cancellable, no lock-in. No setup fees, no hidden costs – one fixed monthly price plus transparent media spend.
